1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 7 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • To request an exchange, follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health & personal care items cannot be returned.
